John A. Wenke, Attorney at Law

John A. Wenke, Attorney at Law, represents employees in employment matters, with most of his work centered on discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation and sexual harassment. He has practiced law since 1993, first as a state prosecutor and later with an insurance defense firm, and he has tried more than fifty jury trials, several with verdicts over $1 million. His services range from legal counseling and severance negotiations to representation before the EEOC, mediation, arbitration and state and federal litigation.

The office takes a small number of select cases and gives each one individual attention. New consultation requests are not being accepted at the moment, with availability to be updated after October 26, 2026. Consultations are requested through the website, and unsolicited emails seeking legal advice do not receive a reply. The office is in El Paso, and Mr. Wenke also represents clients in Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Pecos, Marfa, Alpine, Presidio and Del Rio.
