Legacy Creative Arts Studio

Legacy Creative Arts Studio is a dance studio offering drop-in adult classes, kids and adult hip hop, burlesque, heels, master classes and cardio dance fitness. Golden Grooves is a low to moderate intensity hip hop class for ages 55 and up, and Saturday youth classes cover hip hop, jazz and contemporary. The studio was founded in 2018 with a focus on confidence, creativity and community over competition.

Adult drop-in classes need no enrollment or membership, and a single drop-in is $12, though reservations made through the online system require prepayment. Youth classes are enrolled weekly so kids train with the same classmates over time. Rehearsal space is available for rent, and a work-study program helps students with the cost of classes. The studio is at 1686 Greenfield Drive in El Cajon.
