ARC Recovery

ARC Recovery is an athletic recovery center offering whole-body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, NormaTec compression, Marc Pro muscle stimulation, percussion therapy and hot and cold contrast immersion. The center also has on-site physical therapists and certified trainers, so members can schedule therapy and strength work in the same place without an outside referral. Founder Shawn Smith is a physical therapist with 20 years of orthopedic experience.

Membership is the main way in, with an all-access plan that includes one free cryo or laser session a month and no appointment needed for recovery tools during business hours. New visitors can start with a free day pass or a three-day intro pack. The center is at 336 Northeast 145th Place in Edmond, Oklahoma, and it is open evenings on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
