Agawam Hunt

Agawam Hunt is a family-friendly private sporting club on 130 wooded riverside acres in Rumford. Founded in 1897 as a fox hunting club, it now offers golf, tennis, squash, platform tennis and swimming, along with year-round dining and social events. Members and guests can enjoy a casual cocktail and light bite after a round or an elegant dinner for a group of 50.

The Clubhouse has a Grille Room for everyday dining and a more formal fireside room called Nasturtium. In warmer months the Links Lounge and Lunch Box Cafe serve made-to-order burgers, poke bowls and fresh juices. The club is just over the river from Providence's East Side, and it runs junior golf, tennis and day camp programs for young families.
