Fuel'd is a healthy fast-casual spot serving stir fry, salads, poke and smoothies, built around a Create Your Own ordering style where guests choose their ingredients and sauces. The menu is cooked from scratch with produce and meats sourced locally and seasonally when possible, and the owner's stated focus is on sustainable, simple, convenient food.

The East Lansing location is at 1500 West Lake Lansing Road, and the shop is open daily from 10:30 in the morning until 9 at night. Fuel'd also has locations in Ann Arbor. Guests can order through the website for either store.
