Sargent Rehabilitation Center

Sargent Center is a nonprofit that provides individualized educational programs and related services for children and young adults with disabilities, serving students aged 3 to 22. Its mission is rehabilitating young people with disabilities so they can access education, daily living and employment in the community. Programs include a PreK-12 school program, a transition program for young adults, and a brain injury program that helps students regain physical, functional and academic independence.

The center also offers related services such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language therapy and diagnostic evaluations, along with a Regional Resource Center that supports schools, families and professional organizations, and professional learning for educators. Families and school districts typically work with the staff directly, and the campus is on Quaker Lane in Warwick.
