Anchor Counseling Center, Inc.

Anchor Counseling Center is a mental health clinic that provides counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Services include addiction counseling, adolescent and child counseling, individual counseling, marriage or couples counseling, co-parenting programs, grief and loss support, and neuropsychological testing. Child and adolescent medication management is offered for ages 5 to 17.

The clinic has offices in several Rhode Island locations, including Lincoln, Cranston, East Greenwich and East Providence. Anger management sessions are individual counseling only, not classes, programs or court-ordered sessions, and the office no longer takes court-ordered counseling. The clinic accepts several insurance plans and also takes out-of-pocket payment and Employee Assistance Program referrals.
