Private 1927 golf course on Narragansett Bay439 Ives Road, Warwick, RI

Potowomut Golf Club is a private golf club founded in 1927 on a peninsula in Warwick, Rhode Island. The 18-hole course, a par 71 stretching about 6,380 yards, was designed by Walter Johnson, a disciple of Donald Ross, and is known for small, fast greens and a walking tradition that rewards careful shot selection. The club also hosts corporate outings, social celebrations and weddings with ceremony and reception spaces and panoramic course views.
Membership is by application, and the club asks prospective members to request information first. Event bookings start with a proposal request, and the events team tailors each one. Members come from Warwick, East Greenwich, Providence, North Kingstown and the West Bay towns, and the club sits near the edge of Narragansett Bay, a short drive from East Greenwich.
