North Carolina Therapy Professionals

North Carolina Therapy Professionals is a clinician-owned psychotherapy group practice with psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists and clinical mental health counselors. The practice offers individual adult therapy, therapy for teens and children, couples and relationship counseling, family counseling and group therapy. Its therapists work with issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD and complex trauma, eating disorders, relationship distress, anger, and LGBTQ+ and racial trauma concerns, using approaches such as EFT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS and the Gottman Method.

In-person sessions are offered at offices in Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh and Wilmington, and telehealth therapy is available to clients anywhere in North Carolina. Many providers are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, the North Carolina State Employees Health Plan, Medcost and Medicare, and reduced-rate out-of-pocket arrangements are available. The practice is administratively based in Durham at 3326 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd.
