Peace of Mind & Body

Peace of Mind & Body is a yoga and wellness studio in the Woodbridge and Montclair area of Virginia, offering yoga classes for all ages and levels alongside Reiki, Thai yoga massage, and life coaching. Classes range from gentle and chair yoga to vinyasa, family yoga, and restorative sessions, and the studio also runs workshops and a free Peaceful Pages book club.

New students can drop in for a single class or buy class passes and monthly memberships. Reiki and massage appointments can be booked online with 48 hours notice. The studio also hosts private parties, office yoga, and baby showers, and founder Aliya has taught yoga at Fairfax County Parks & Recreation facilities and retirement centers.
