Novaks Gymnastics Center

Novaks Gymnastics Center teaches recreational gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline to children and athletes of all ages, with a focus on safety, discipline and progressive skill learning. Its recreational program covers the fundamentals and all of the Olympic events, while the Xcel program offers competition with fewer training hours and the DP travel team trains several days a week for state, regional and national meets.

The gym has served families in Northern Virginia since 1992 and is located on Old Stage Coach Road in Dumfries. Families can email the office for a free trial recreation class, and the gym posts its schedules and a closure calendar for holidays, which are not made up. Not every athlete needs to aim for competition, since the classes are meant to build confidence, friendships and a lasting interest in physical activity.
