Novel Baker

The Novel Baker makes celebration and wedding cakes built on a classic pound style, refined for today and finished with a light, airy buttercream that guests tend to remember. Alexis DeLuca designs each cake as a personal project, with the goal that a cake should be as beautiful to taste as it is to look at.

Wedding cakes are the main focus, though the studio also makes cakes for other celebrations. Posted hours are Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings at the Swamp Road location in Doylestown, and quotes can be requested through the website.
