Auspicious Brew

Auspicious Brew is a kombucha brewery in Dover, billed as the first licensed kombucha brewery in New Hampshire. Its kombucha is served on draft and sold in bottles and cans, and the tasting room also pours local beers, wine and craft cocktails and mocktails, with a farm-to-table food menu.

The tasting room, retail shop and dog-friendly patio are open Tuesday through Sunday evenings, with afternoon hours on Saturday and Sunday. The business also hosts live music and events, sells gift cards, and its products can be found in restaurants and stores around the state. It is located at 1 Washington Street in Dover.
