Massage Concepts

Massage Concepts is a locally owned, woman-owned studio offering more than ten massage styles, from Swedish and deep tissue work to prenatal, sports and TMJ relief sessions. Therapists tailor each session to the client's pressure preference and wellness goals, and the menu also includes reflexology, shiatsu and a hand and arm focused treatment.

The business has served the community since 2016 and runs a Solana Beach location along with its Del Mar studio in the Del Mar Highlands Town Center area of Carmel Valley. Appointments can be booked online, and gift cards are available. Massage Concepts uses coconut-based cream by default and offers a nut-free alternative at no cost on request, but it does not accept outside oils, so clients with allergies should mention them when booking.
