Body Being in Balance Massage

Body Being in Balance Massage is a small studio focused on manual lymphatic drainage and sports massage. The lymphatic work is described as a way to support recovery after surgery, including cosmetic, cancer-related and orthopedic procedures, and to help with lymphedema and general wellness. Sports massage uses neuromuscular techniques aimed at posture, mobility and repetitive-strain problems such as shoulder tension from desk work. The treatments also draw on trigger point therapy and structural balancing.

The studio is in Del Mar, on Camino Del Mar in suite 212, a short walk from several hotels in the village. Sessions are by appointment through the online booking page or by phone, and clients wear underwear during treatment. Gift cards are available.
