Pollo Regio

Pollo Regio is a restaurant serving grilled chicken made from a marinade recipe brought from Monterrey, Mexico, and cooked fresh over an open flame. It started as a food trailer in Texas in the early 2000s, and the chicken sold out by noon often enough that customers began ordering for the next day. The menu also includes platters, tacos, tortas, quesadillas, flautas, tostadas and salads, along with family meals and sides.

Orders can be placed online or through the app, and the restaurant offers gift cards. Regio Rewards lets customers earn and redeem points on their visits. The restaurant is in Dallas.
