Nobu Dallas serves Japanese cuisine built on the signature dishes of chef Nobu Matsuhisa, with sushi, sashimi and shared plates such as yellowtail jalapeno, rock shrimp tempura and black cod miso. The sushi bar offers an omakase on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and a seasonal tasting menu of iconic and newer dishes is available nightly for $140 per guest.

Reservations can be booked through the restaurant's website, and the sushi bar seats a limited number of guests. Takeout, pickup and delivery are available, and the restaurant offers catering packages and private events for birthdays, graduations and other gatherings. It is located in Dallas and is open for dinner most evenings, with later hours on weekends.
