Parterre is an espresso bar and kitchen in downtown Dallas that pairs coffee with brunch dishes and cocktails. The owner is a lifetime barista with national competition accolades, and the coffee program features single-origin beans sourced directly from producers and roasted with local partner Novel Coffee Roasters. The kitchen cures its own bacon, bakes its own breads, and pickles and ferments its vegetables, while the bar serves an espresso martini alongside its signature café drinks.

Baristas will build drinks on the fly from a wide range of ingredients, so guests are not limited to the printed menu. Pickup and delivery are available. The space also hosts groups, with room for up to 50 seated inside and up to 120 with indoor and outdoor standing room. Office holiday parties, birthdays and wedding receptions can get custom food and beverage menus, and events are arranged through the maitre d', Nicole Stracener.
