Highland Dallas

The Spa at The Highland is the day spa inside the Highland hotel on East Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. It is known for custom facials, therapeutic and Swedish massages, signature body treatments, and manicures and pedicures. A separate Recovery Room menu offers therapies aimed at muscle soreness and energy, and spa packages are built around solo or group wellness days.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes early, since late arrivals get shorter treatments. A 23% service charge is added to services, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. Members pay for a monthly plan that includes one service, pool and hot tub access, and fitness center use. SMU students and faculty get a discounted facial or massage with ID, and bridal parties can book packages. Guests must be 18 or older for most treatments.
