Dog Pawpa K9 Connection

Dog Pawpa K9 Connection offers private dog training for puppies and adult dogs with behavior problems. Its programs cover puppy foundations with housebreaking and leash work, obedience to commands like sit, stay, heel and come, correction for aggression, fear and leash reactivity, and advanced off-leash work. Founder Brian Cunningham has been training dogs since 1986, and the training relies on voice, hand signals and body language rather than treats, shock collars or clickers.

Sessions are one-on-one and take place in your home, your neighborhood or local parks, so the training carries over to everyday walks. A free consultation starts the process with a phone call or meeting to set goals and a plan. The business serves the Haslet, TX area and the surrounding DFW region, with sessions offered Monday through Saturday and Sundays closed.
