Celebration Restaurant & Catering

Celebration is a Dallas restaurant that has cooked homemade, scratch-made Southern comfort food since 1971. Known dishes include chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak with jalapeño cream gravy, walnut crusted chicken salad, grilled rosemary salmon, fried catfish and banana pudding. Founder Ed Lowe opened it on the same West Lovers Lane corner, and the restaurant now spans three connected houses with dining rooms, a full bar and a vine-covered patio.

The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and takeout and delivery are available. Reservations can be made through the website, and private dining rooms suit birthdays and larger parties. Catering is run as a separate service that delivers the same kitchen's food to offices and events. The restaurant is located at 4503 W Lovers Ln in Dallas, and it serves Highland Park, University Park, Uptown and surrounding neighborhoods.
