CBD Provisions

CBD Provisions is a Texas-style brasserie inside The Joule hotel, French in method and Texan in manner. The kitchen works with Texas traditions and regional flavors, using locally sourced produce, and is known for dishes like Short Rib Croquettes, Pimento Cheese Toast, Chicken and Caviar, and the CBD Provisions Burger.

The restaurant serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday and a happy hour on the same days from 4 to 6 PM, with dinner running later on Friday and Saturday. It is closed Sunday and Monday. Reservations can be made online, and valet parking is available at The Joule for $5 for up to two hours. The restaurant sits on Main Street in downtown Dallas.
