BioscienceLA

BioscienceLA is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that coordinates and promotes the life sciences ecosystem across Los Angeles County. It connects research institutions, companies, founders, and students, and it runs BioscienceLA Week, a four-day annual summit that brings civic leaders, researchers, students, and investors together. The group also publishes industry news, a newsletter, and a video series on the region's bioscience work.

The organization was formed by Los Angeles County in 2018 with backing from Amgen, PhRMA, City of Hope, Cedars-Sinai, and others.
