Newport Peach

Newport Peach is a fitness studio known for its 90s-inspired look, with bright colors, lava lamps, real plants and glow sticks. Its signature Peach Step class blends step aerobics with barre and Pilates-inspired movement. The studio also offers Peach Barre, Peach Strength and Peach 'n Abs, plus Mom+Baby at the Barre, a baby-wearing class for new mothers and mothers-to-be.

The studio was founded in 2017 by Nicole Kniss and is now run by Nicole Schmitz, who bought it while keeping the branding, values and teachers. Classes focus on fun rather than calorie counting. Memberships and class packages come with priority registration and studio perks, and the schedule is booked through the app. Private training, nutrition consults and private parties are also available. The studio is in Costa Mesa.
