Brad Beacham

The Brad Beacham Group is a small real estate team on the Outer Banks, working with buyers and sellers of homes, waterfront properties, condos, land and luxury homes. The team partners with Landmark Sotheby's International Realty and says it has been working in Outer Banks real estate for over 20 years, with a focus on helping clients buy and sell in the area.

The team handles listings for sellers, including a home valuation and comparable sales review before listing, and helps buyers find vacation homes, investment properties and primary residences. Brad Beacham works with clients who live out of the area, and the office is listed at 1176 Duck Road in Kitty Hawk, with a phone line and email on the website.
