Putnam Contracting

Putnam Contracting builds high-end custom homes across Middle Tennessee. The company works from a client's plans or vision and handles the process from site evaluation and permits through design details, dirt work, utilities and landscaping, then final walkthrough and handover. The firm says it has lived and worked in the region for over 20 years.

The company's office is at 67 North Washington Ave. in Cookeville. Clients usually start with a private consultation request through the website or a call to the office, and the work runs project by project rather than as a walk-in trade. Recent clients have praised the communication and the way the team kept quality high while keeping the price reasonable.
