Matthews Home Design

Matthews Home Design is an independent residential design studio that sells original house plans and creates custom home designs. Its catalog includes farmhouse plans with detailed construction drawings, which buyers can use as they are or customize. For a home designed from scratch, the studio works with clients on site, priorities, and how they live before drawings are produced.

The studio has more than 30 years of experience and serves clients across Tennessee and throughout the United States. Projects begin with a proposal that outlines scope, payment schedule, and design deliverables. The studio is located at 114 N. Cedar Ave. in Cookeville, Tennessee, and most work is handled directly with the designer by phone or online.
