I Am Boundless

I Am Boundless is a nonprofit family of organizations serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Founded in 1980 as Franklin County Residential Services, it now offers autism services, after-school and day programs, and counseling. Kids in the after-school programs work with licensed behavioral health providers through art, music, puzzles, games, outdoor adventures, and role-play.

Boundless Health also runs a primary care practice that accepts new patients of all ages for wellness exams, physicals, vaccinations, and lab work, in a sensory-friendly setting. Private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and sliding fee options are available. Families can request an appointment or submit a referral, and children with complex needs can get help from OhioRISE care coordination. The main campus is on East Dublin Granville Road in Worthington.
