Forward Health is an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment provider in Columbus, treating alcohol, drug, opioid, fentanyl, meth and cocaine addiction, along with dual diagnosis and conditions such as anxiety, depression and trauma. Its programs include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) tracks, with individual, group, family and DBT therapy.

Clients can keep living at home, working or attending school while receiving care, and the practice accepts most major insurance plans as well as Ohio Medicaid. The admissions team takes calls around the clock, and the office is at 211 South 5th Street in downtown Columbus.
