Essential Pest

Essential Pest is a family-owned pest control company that treats homes for ants, spiders, wasps, hornets, mosquitoes, ticks, fleas and more than 50 other pests. Its five-step process covers sweeping and dusting nests, a perimeter spray, a seasonal granular barrier, crack and crevice treatment and interior moisture-spot treatment, using eco-friendly products the company describes as safe for children and pets.

Service is offered in parts of Ohio and Tennessee, with offices in Dayton, Ohio and Maryville, Tennessee. Calls start with a free visit where a technician examines the home and explains the options. If pests are still active two weeks after treatment, the company will re-treat at no extra charge.
