Two Tails Training

Two Tails Training is a dog training business in greater Colorado Springs focused on concise, practical lessons that teach owners how to communicate with their dogs. Its basic obedience program suits puppies and adult dogs alike and covers sit, down, stay, come and place, plus polite leash manners. The same work addresses reactivity and everyday problems such as jumping, rough play, separation anxiety and counter surfing.

Specialty programs include protection and home defense training for young dogs under eight months, along with refreshers for dogs that have had protection training before. Aggressive rehabilitation is aimed at dogs that have attacked or strongly want to attack other dogs, charge people, or make guests feel unsafe at home, and the business says it takes on any dog regardless of how aggressive. Plans are built around the owner and dog working together, which keeps the bond between them at the center of the work.
