Pierce Roofing

Pierce Roofing handles residential roofing, commercial flat roofs and custom metal work from its own fabrication shop. Residential jobs include tile, shingle and metal roofs, along with repairs and replacements. On the commercial side the company installs TPO, EPDM and PVC low-slope roofs, and it makes gutters, fascia, soffit and chimney shrouds in house.

The company has been in business since 2005, and the Pierce family has worked on roofs in Colorado Springs since 1977. Free estimates are offered, and the crew helps homeowners with insurance claims after hail damage. Residential work comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty, and multifamily and custom-home projects are part of the work. It is a family-run business based in Colorado Springs.
