Breashear's Roofing

Breashears Roofing is a family-owned commercial and residential roofing contractor serving the Colorado Springs area and the wider Colorado region. The company handles everything from simple roof repairs to full replacements, including tile, asphalt shingle, synthetic and commercial flat roofs. Much of the work involves insurance claims for wind, hail and wildfire damage, and the team walks owners through that process.

Breashears works with both homeowners and property managers, and each project is overseen from estimate to closeout by a dedicated project manager who serves as a single point of contact. The company is based in Monument, Colorado, and it limits how many projects it takes on at one time. Owners Mark and Jolynn Breashears founded the business more than 30 years ago.
