High Valley Roofing

High Valley Roofing handles roof repair, roof replacement, and metal or tile roofing, along with seamless gutter installation and gutter cleaning. After hail or wind storms, the crew inspects the roof and documents the damage with photos, and can help homeowners understand the scope of work while an insurer decides coverage.

The company is locally owned, and owner John Mayo and the team work directly with customers from the first call through the finished job. Inspections and estimates are free, and pricing is discussed after the roof has been looked at. Urgent leak calls are answered during business hours, though timing depends on weather and crew availability. The business is based in Colorado Springs and serves El Paso County, including Monument, Falcon, and Black Forest.
