Rio Mambo

Rio Mambo serves Tex Mex food under the name Chef Mex, a style built on quality meats, aged cheese, and fresh herbs and spices. Chicken and beef fajitas are cooked fresh, and the menu runs from lunch, soups and salads through dinner, weekend brunch, and seafood, with a dessert menu to finish. The bar offers drinks, appetizers, and happy hour, and the flauta martinis are a menu favorite.

Rio Mambo also handles private events and catering, with the kitchen cooking on site for parties and gatherings, so the team can plan a meal for a group at your location. Gift cards are available for the restaurant. The Colleyville location is on Highway 121, a short drive from the surrounding neighborhoods.
