Bevo Catering

Bevo Catering is a Vermont wedding caterer and events company that offers plated dinners, buffets, mingling-style meals, cocktail parties and corporate catering. The company also runs a bar service with classic and specialty cocktails, Vermont craft beer and wine, and its menus draw on local and seasonal ingredients. Kathleen and Aaron Stine founded the business in 2008 as a husband-and-wife team.

Bevo can cater at its own function space, at a client's home or office, or at well-known Vermont event venues it works with often. Its office is on Roosevelt Highway in Colchester, and the team includes trained chefs, wine lovers and mixologists. Clients can request custom menus, and the company is happy to talk through food and beverage plans for a wedding or company event.
