Claudia's Heavenly Flans & Cakes

Claudia's Heavenly Flans & Cakes makes flans and cakes from scratch in its Clearwater kitchen. The flan, or quesillo, is the best-known item, offered in eight flavors in regular, sugar-free keto and organic versions. The menu also includes custom wedding and birthday cakes, build-your-own cakes and cupcakes, cheesecake, tiramisu, pavlova and pies, with keto and gluten-free options across much of the lineup.

Orders are placed online and are pickup only, with pickup from the kitchen on US 19 N on Tuesday through Saturday afternoons. Wedding and birthday cakes start with an enquiry, and wedding cake tastings are by appointment. Ingredients are GMO-free, with no chemicals or additives, and organic and grass-fed options are available on request.
