Ocean Seven

Ocean Seven serves Floribbean cuisine, blending Florida seafood with Caribbean-inspired flavors, on the seventh floor of The Hiatus Hotel in Clearwater Beach. Signature dishes include the Coconut Shrimp Crunch Roll and the Jamaican Coffee-Crusted Ribeye, and the menu also lists Florida grouper and beef empanadas. A curated wine list and handcrafted cocktails round out the meal.

Reservations are strongly encouraged, especially for sunset hours, weekends and holiday seasons. The Bar Lounge takes walk-in guests based on nightly availability. Visitors who are not hotel guests enter through the Hiatus main lobby and take the elevator up. Valet parking at the hotel is complimentary with a $50 spend for three hours. Private dining spaces are available for special occasions, and guests with dietary needs should tell their server on arrival.
