Optimize U

Optimize U is a clinic offering hormone therapy alongside wellness and aesthetic treatments. Hormone replacement is the core service, and staff help patients understand their lab panels. The wellness side includes cold plunge, infrared saunas, compression therapy, and peptides and IV therapy, while the aesthetics menu covers injectables, microneedling, chemical peels and body sculpting.

Visits are in person at the Louisville location in Hurstbourne, with a second office in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Telemedicine is limited to patients who are physically in Kentucky during their consultation. Patients can call either office or use the web contact form, and the process starts with a visit to get blood work.
