Shine on Anchors

Shine on Anchors inspects, certifies and load tests roof anchors, designs fall protection systems for buildings, and cleans high-rise and residential windows. Its technicians use industrial rope access and hold SPRAT certifications, and the work is built around OSHA 1910.27 roof anchor rules and ANSI standards. The company started with single-family homes and now serves associations, retirement communities and other residential buildings.

Building owners and property managers call when they need to choose between an anchor inspection, certification or load test, or want a fall hazard assessment before work at height. The team meets with clients before starting window work to learn what they need. The office is on West North Avenue in Chicago, and the company says it serves clients in Chicagoland and across nearly every U.S. state.
