One South Wacker

One South Wacker is an office tower at 1 South Wacker Drive in Chicago. Its tenant amenities include Axis, a 28th-floor level with a three-story glass atrium lounge called Hemisphere, a full-service bar serving coffee drinks and cocktails, and Meridian, a 2,000 square foot outdoor deck with a gas firepit and views over Wacker Drive. Atlas is a full-service fitness center with executive-style locker rooms, classes and trainers.

The lobby was recently renovated with a contemporary look, and a new restaurant is planned for the building. A quiet floor area called Revive offers nap pods, a massage room and a wellness room. Windows throughout the building are being replaced to bring in more natural light. Leasing questions are handled by the building's leasing team.
