Industrial Demolition & Metal Management

Industrial Demolition & Metal Management handles large-scale industrial demolition, from power plant demolition and full interior demolitions to plant decommissioning, plant relocation, tank and silo removal and rigging work. The company also runs scrap machinery recycling, metal purchasing and cleanup, and asbestos abatement, and it manages each stage of a project from permits to waste recycling. Turnkey projects are a core offering, so one contractor can handle demolition through site cleanup, which the company says leaves sites broom clean.

The company offers free estimates after an on-site walk-through, and it provides 24/7 emergency response with same-day quotes for urgent projects. Its crews are OSHA certified, and it is a member of the National Demolition Association. The business is based in Chicago, with an address on North Michigan Avenue, and it serves projects across the Midwest and beyond.
