Furniture in Chicago

Furniture stores help you furnish a room, replace a worn piece, or put together a full set for a new space. Many of the businesses listed here carry mattresses, bedroom and dining room sets, living room pieces, sectionals, entertainment centers and home office furniture, so you can often shop for several rooms in one visit. Before you choose, ask whether delivery and assembly are included and how long a order usually takes to arrive, since large pieces can take weeks. Measure your doorways, hallways and stairwells first, and check the return policy on mattresses and special-order items. Calling ahead to confirm hours and what is in stock can save a trip across Chicago, IL.
