Chicago Porch Masters

Chicago Porch Masters builds and repairs porches and balconies, with a focus on correcting porch and balcony violations issued by the City of Chicago. Work covers free inspections and estimates, expert porch repair, full replacement, architectural and structural engineering, permits and expediting, plats of survey, and masonry for footings, piers and retaining walls. Repair makes up most of the jobs, and the firm is known for saving existing structures where possible.

The company is a division of Alpine Builders and says it has served hundreds of clients in the Chicago area since 2000. It handles plans, permits and city paperwork, and its in-house architect and expeditor work through the city building department. Estimates are free, and a 2-year labor warranty and a senior discount are offered. The office is at 4604 West Lawrence Avenue in Chicago, and calls at 773-463-7777 are the way to start.
