Big Shoulders Restoration

Big Shoulders Restoration is a Chicago restoration company that handles water damage, fire and smoke, mold removal, storm damage, and rebuilding after a loss. The crew extracts standing water, runs commercial drying with moisture readings, and documents the loss with photos and logs that can support an insurance claim. The company also offers renovations and full buildback, so one crew can carry a job from the first call through to the finished room.

The company is locally owned and operates a 24/7 line where a technician from the shop answers the phone. Homeowners can request an on-site visit or a virtual video inspection to decide whether a crew is needed or a do-it-yourself approach is enough. The shop is on the North Side at 1770 W Berteau Ave, and the service area covers Chicago and nearby Chicagoland neighborhoods, though the company does not take Indiana jobs.
