Smart Diehl Academy is a private school and enrichment center for children from Pre-K through 12th grade, offering core academic learning, private tutoring, music lessons, extracurricular classes, nature programs and a student-run slime business. Founder Jayme Diehl leads the academy, which also offers comprehensive homeschool programs and field trips that emphasize hands-on learning.
The main campus is on Crownpoint Executive Drive in Charlotte, where all school-day programming takes place, and a second location in Mint Hill hosts WildRoots nature programs, tutoring and chess classes. Families can schedule a tour, and the academy accepts the NC Opportunity Scholarship. Its custom curriculum service serves families outside the Charlotte area or those who prefer learning from home.
