Restaurant Constance

Restaurant Constance is a farm-to-table restaurant in Charlotte that changes its menu with the seasons and builds dishes around local farms and producers. The menu moves between raw bar items, shared starters, salads, and entrees such as cast iron pork coppa, sake-marinated sablefish, and red wine braised short rib, with seasonal desserts to finish. Chef Diminich, who trained at Le Bec Fin and the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte, leads the kitchen.

Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday, with seating times from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm and reservations that allow 90 minutes at the table. A credit card is held to secure each booking, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice carry a $25 per person fee. The restaurant is credit card only, and guests can bring one outside bottle of wine per table for a $30 corkage fee. Restaurant Constance is at 2200 Thrift Road in Charlotte.
