Chima

Chima Charlotte is a Brazilian steakhouse in Uptown serving rodizio, the churrasco style where gauchos carve skewers of meat tableside. Diners can choose a fixed-price gourmet salad bar, a Select Rodizio or a Complete Rodizio, with cuts that include top sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, lamb chops, chicken and salmon. The restaurant has been open since 2003 and is part of a group that also has locations in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tysons Corner.

The restaurant sits on South Tryon Street near theaters and corporate offices, and an upstairs lounge overlooks the skyline for cocktails before dinner. Reservations can be made by phone or online, and lunch is served on weekdays and weekends. Private dining rooms suit corporate functions, rehearsal dinners and milestone celebrations, and gift cards and online ordering are available.
