Pascoal

Pascoal Carpentry is a carpentry-first remodeling and construction company working across Charleston and the Lowcountry. Its own carpenters handle framing, trim, doors, porches, stairs and built-ins, with siding, roofing and flooring added on the exterior and finish side. Porches and decks are a large part of the work, and the company also takes on framing and carpentry as a subcontractor for builders and general contractors.

Homeowners can request a free estimate, and the company visits the property before giving a written price rather than quoting from photos. Small jobs such as a single room of trim or a deck repair are taken on. Work is based in Charleston, with service reaching Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Kiawah and Seabrook islands and nearby areas, and the company says it will say honestly if a job falls outside that.
