NasonCare

NasonCare is a medical center in North Charleston offering urgent care, primary care, employee care, weight loss programs and immigration physicals. Its urgent care visits cover injuries and illnesses, with prescriptions and imaging such as X-ray and CT scans available on site, along with an in-house lab and COVID-19, flu and RSV testing. A separate weight loss program, run through its Nason MedSpa, uses a compounded semaglutide and lipotropic B-12 blend.

No appointment is needed for primary or urgent care, though online pre-registration speeds check-in and patients should bring a photo ID and insurance card. NasonCare accepts most insurance plans and offers self-pay rates for uninsured patients, who pay out of pocket. Spanish-speaking staff are available. The center is open later on weekdays and serves patients across the Lowcountry.
